By accessing our website, booking a photography session, submitting a form, or opting in to receive communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Services & Bookings

Yew Photography provides professional photography services, custom prints, custom framing, and tangible media packages (such as our Heartwood Package). All bookings, sessions, and digital/physical deliverables are governed by individual service contracts, proposals, or estimates issued through our client portal (e.g., HoneyBook or Squarespace).

2. Mobile Messaging & SMS Terms of Service (TCR / Carrier Mandatory Disclosures)

Yew Photography offers a mobile text messaging program to communicate with clients and interested customers regarding session bookings, scheduling reminders, order fulfillment updates, photo gallery status, custom print proofing, and promotional offers.


Mobile Program Terms & Disclosures

  • Program Description & Usage: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in via our website webforms, scheduling forms, checkout pages, or text keyword prompts, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages (SMS and MMS) from Yew Photography at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

  • Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your text messaging and data plan rates.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us, session scheduling, order status, and marketing preferences (typically up to 4–6 messages per month during active project fulfillment or promotional campaigns).

  • How to Opt-Out (Cancellation): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving text messages from Yew Photography, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further text messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you opt in again.

  • How to Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or need assistance, reply HELP to any text message you receive, or contact our support team directly at Support@yewphoto.com.

  • Carrier Disclaimer: Wireless carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Privacy & Mobile Data Safeguard: Your mobile phone number, opt-in consent data, and text message interactions will be kept strictly confidential. Your mobile information will NOT be sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. All photographs, gallery preview images, web designs, logos, text, graphics, and digital media displayed on yewphoto.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Yew Photography and are protected under applicable copyright laws. 5. Payment Terms & Orders

All purchases of physical prints, framing services, digital collections, or package upgrades (including the Heartwood Package) are subject to payment completion via our authorized payment processors (Stripe / Squarespace Payments). Detailed terms regarding retainers, cancellations, re-shoots, and order turnarounds are specified in your individual client contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yew Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, delay in services, or technical disruptions in text/email messaging services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yew Photography operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
